Constitutional expert to speak on "President Bush and the War on Terrorism"

Louis Fisher, one of the nation’s foremost authorities on the Constitution, the presidency, and presidential war powers, will speak at UIS at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 18, in Brookens Auditorium.
