WUIS to air Labor Day tributes to Bob Dylan

Public Radio WUIS will celebrate Labor Day with two special programs in tribute to pop music icon Bob Dylan. “The Emergence of Bob Dylan,” broadcast from 7 to 9 p.m., maps out the confluence of Dylan’s rise with the times. “Written in My Soul from Me to You,” broadcast from 9 to 11 p.m., is an all-star concert tribute to his seminal work, Blood on the Tracks.
