Public radio 91.9 FM WUIS/89.3 WIPA, in conjunction with National Public Radio and station WGBO/Newark, will broadcast “Higher Ground,” a relief concert for Hurricane Katrina victims, live from Lincoln Center in New York City, Saturday, September 17, starting at 7 p.m. CDT.
