Education policy forum asks “What Works?”

“What Works?” is the subject of the second forum in the Education Policy Series Closing the Achievement Gap to be held 9 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, March 23, in the Studio Theatre at UIS. The forums are sponsored by UIS’ Center for State Policy and Leadership and the City of Springfield’s Office of Education Liaison.

Keynote speaker is Dr. Sam Redding, director of the national Center on Innovation and Improvement, whose topic will be “Closing Gaps: An Optimistic View.” Read more>>
